This document constitutes the Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) of Lift Pros LLC, (herein referred to as “Lift Pros”) which is made available to you (hereinafter the “Holder”) prior to the obtainment and processing of your personal data (hereinafter “Data”).

b) In the event that this Privacy Policy is available through audio, visual, or any other technology media, the sole fact that the Holder provided its Data constitutes a consent manifestation so that Lift Pros may perform the processing of the Holder’s Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
c) In the event that this Privacy Policy is available in writing, the Holder’s signature, rubric, name, or fingerprint constitutes a consent manifestation so that Lift Pros may perform the processing of the Holder’s Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
d) All information the Holder may provide will be accurate and complete. The Holder shall be responsible at all times for the Data provided.
e) In the event the Holder notices any legend containing information related to this Privacy Policy and the Holder continues the process of providing its Data, filling any database, or any other similar activity, it will be considered automatically that the Holder accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
III. Personal Data Collection of Information
In the course of delivering these services to our members, this Lift Pros website collects personal or combined personal and demographic data on pages where you can register for an account as well as part of members-only pages where members maintain their profiles. The Data that may be provided to Lift Pros by you includes but is not limited to:

IV. Sensitive Data
The Holder declares under oath to tell the truth, that they have not provided and will never provide Lift Pros with “sensitive personal data”, i.e., those intimate personal data or Data which, due to its use or misuse, may result in discrimination or involve a serious risk for the Holder.
In particular, the Holder agrees not to provide Lift Pros any Data regarding racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, labor union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preference.

Do Not Track Signals from user’s browser: Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and are stored on your device’s hard drive. Lift Pros uses cookies for the sole purpose of providing auto-logon capabilities when returning to the Lift Pros website.

Lift Pros uses Google Analytics for statistical reasons, e.g., to measure how many users have clicked certain product information. You understand, however, that if you use our Social Media Channels, your personal data is also processed by the social media providers. The last four (4) digits of the credit card and expiration date are kept as a record of the transaction and to provide credit card-related services. This Lift Pros website may contain links to other sites, such as Lift Pros dealers and affiliates. If you access those links, you will leave Lift Pros’s website; therefore, Lift Pros will not assume any responsibility with respect to such other websites.
