This document constitutes the Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) of Lift Pros LLC, (herein referred to as “Lift Pros”) which is made available to you (hereinafter the “Holder”) prior to the obtainment and processing of your personal data (hereinafter “Data”).

Lift Pros recognizes the importance of legitimate, controlled, and informed processing of the Data and makes this Privacy Policy available to you, in order for you to learn Lift Pros’s practices to obtain, use, store, and, in general, process your Data, in accordance with the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection held by Private Parties.

b) In the event that this Privacy Policy is available through audio, visual, or any other technology media, the sole fact that the Holder provided its Data constitutes a consent manifestation so that Lift Pros may perform the processing of the Holder’s Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
c) In the event that this Privacy Policy is available in writing, the Holder’s signature, rubric, name, or fingerprint constitutes a consent manifestation so that Lift Pros may perform the processing of the Holder’s Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
d) All information the Holder may provide will be accurate and complete. The Holder shall be responsible at all times for the Data provided.
e) In the event the Holder notices any legend containing information related to this Privacy Policy and the Holder continues the process of providing its Data, filling any database, or any other similar activity, it will be considered automatically that the Holder accepts the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
III. Personal Data Collection of Information
In the course of delivering these services to our members, this Lift Pros website collects personal or combined personal and demographic data on pages where you can register for an account as well as part of members-only pages where members maintain their profiles. The Data that may be provided to Lift Pros by you includes but is not limited to:

IV. Sensitive Data
The Holder declares under oath to tell the truth, that they have not provided and will never provide Lift Pros with “sensitive personal data”, i.e., those intimate personal data or Data which, due to its use or misuse, may result in discrimination or involve a serious risk for the Holder.
In particular, the Holder agrees not to provide Lift Pros any Data regarding racial or ethnic origin, present or future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, labor union affiliation, political opinions, or sexual preference.
V. Use of Data

Data can be transferred, stored, and processed in a different country from the country where such Data was provided, in which case Lift Pros will transfer the information in accordance with the applicable laws on data protection.

Do Not Track Signals from user’s browser: Cookies are small pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and are stored on your device’s hard drive. Lift Pros uses cookies for the sole purpose of providing auto-logon capabilities when returning to the Lift Pros website.
This Lift Pros website uses Google Analytics, which is a web analytics tool offered by Google Inc. that generates detailed statistics about a website’s traffic and traffic sources. Lift Pros uses Google Analytics for statistical reasons, e.g., to measure how many users have clicked certain product information. You understand, however, that if you use our Social Media Channels, your personal data is also processed by the social media providers. If you purchase anything via our Webshops, a financial institution or payment service provider may also receive your personal data in order to provide their services.

The last four (4) digits of the credit card and expiration date are kept as a record of the transaction and to provide credit card-related services. Lift Pros takes precautions to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse through administrative, technical, and physical measures.
VIII. Data Excluded
This Lift Pros website may contain links to other sites, such as Lift Pros dealers and affiliates. If you access those links, you will leave Lift Pros’s website; therefore, Lift Pros will not assume any responsibility with respect to such other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to such other sites. Lift Pros is not responsible for the privacy practices of any such other sites.
If you post, comment, or share personal information, including photographs, in any public forum, social network, blog, or other forum of a similar nature, you should be aware that any personal information you publish can be read, seen, collected, or used by other users of said forums, and could be used to contact you, send you unsolicited messages, or for purposes that neither you nor Lift Pros can control.

Lift Pros will not disclose Data to unauthorized third parties unless such disclosure is required by law or by an authority order.
X. Access and Correction (Changing of Information)
The Holder shall have the right to access their personal information stored in Lift Pros’s database and rectify, limit, or update it when required. Requests must be submitted in writing.
